• Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a £10 charge, per 30 min treatment time booked.
• All treatments must be paid for in the salon and cannot be charged to hotel accounts.
• Please arrive 10min before your appointment as late arrivals cannot get bookings extended.
