Smug Jars at Lusty Glaze, Newquayseptember events

Free Sundowner Session on the beach. Smug Jars are a passionate acoustic guitar and vocal duo. The two talented musicians play a variety of well known covers from Simon & Garfunkel to The Kings of Leon. The Mining & Pasty Festival is a three day event celebrating the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Redruth; through pasties, mining and music!  The event is focussed around the town centre and is completely free to attend.

Newquay Men’s Open County Pilot Gig Championships, Newquay
Newquay’s Mens County Gig Championships are hugely competitive and signal the end of Cornwall’s Gig rowing season. Every Cornish coastal community and some inland, with a gig and crew, descend on Newquay Harbour to battle it out for the honour of being crowned Cornwall County Men or Ladies Gig Champions. FNT Jetskis at Fistral Beach, Newquay
The FNT Free Ride Jet ski tour comes to Fistral Beach in Newquay for the completion of their UK tour. This is one of the most spectacular motorised water sports in the world. The riders are pitted man on man to “dual” against each other trying to out point the opposition with the biggest manoeuvres they can pull off, all this in the pumping surf break at Fistral Beach.
