In addition we can also purée any dish from our dinner menu for your little ones. The restaurant also has a microwave that can be used to heat up jars, milk and water.
*Please note that whilst we try our best to seat you in your area of choice this may not always be possible as demand for zones vary day by day.
Our bar is open daily from 10.00 am to 11.30 pm. On sunny days it transfers during the day to the Harbour Café on our terrace. Drinks, coffees, ice cream, sweets, home made cakes are available.
We don’t offer a specific special diet service but we try to work with you to adapt our menu to cover many dietary and allergy issues. By looking at the menus a day before and speaking to the restaurant manager, we will do our best to ensure you can get a safe and healthy meal. However this does depend on adapting items from our menu and we are unable to prepare completely separate menus.
Soya milk and soya spread are available at no charge.
If you want to bring special diet foods with you we are happy to store them and serve them to you. Unfortunately we don’t have a health food shop in our area but some special food items can be purchased for you from Morrison’s. The cost of the goods plus VAT will be added to your account.
Sands is a busy hotel with many children walking around with drinks, nuts, milk and biscuits. Some of these are also served in our children’s clubs. For children with serious allergic reactions to these items parents should be aware that there is a risk of cross contamination. Similarly in our kitchen we don’t have an area set aside for special diet cooking.
