Swimming pools & gym
We have spread out the tables in the restaurant to adhere to the government guidelines and offer your increased safety. To run our restaurants safely you will be required to book a seating time for meals. Please note that each room can only reserve one dinner space per day. Should you choose to dine at a different time than your children, one of the meals would have to be enjoyed as a take-away menu. Breakfast, lunch and dining times and menus can be found here.

Please call reception to book your space. Please note that we can't allow any food purchased outside the hotel including delivery services.
In line with government guidelines the restaurant and bar will be closed at 10 pm. No drinks or food may be consumed in any public area of the hotel after 10 pm.
Take away breakfast and dinner
We offer a continental breakfast served to the room door. This must be ordered the night before on the order slip in your pack. Please drop it off at reception.
A Take-Away Menu is in your pack and orders can be called through to reception. It will be delivered to your room door in a box between 5.50pm and 8.45 pm. Last order 8.15 pm. Please order your Take-Away at least an hour before delivery. Take-Away meals will be available during the regular mealtimes only.
Please pack all crockery and waste back in the box and leave it outside your door. Call reception after your meal so we can remove it quickly.
We also offer packed lunch boxes with sandwiches, fruits, sweets and a soft drink, which can be pre-ordered the day before required and picked up on the day after breakfast. Please call reception for a lunch pack order form.

Special diets and allergies
We don’t offer a special diet service, but we try to work with you to adapt our menu to cover many dietary and allergic issues. Please speak to the restaurant manager.
Soya milk and Soya spread are available at no additional charge. If you want to bring special diet foods with you, we are happy to store and serve them to you.
Free sport facilities
All sport facilities are free to use for hotel guests. See here which activities are currently available.
Wetsuits and Bodyboards
Freshly disinfected wetsuits and bodyboards can be borrowed free of charge between 1st May and 30 September. Please call reception to arrange collection.
All activities available during your stay will be in line with government health & safety guidelines and we will be following a strict protocol with regards to hygiene and social distancing. Please call reception to book a space for the Tennis court, Arts & Crafts sessions, Fairground games, Soft play, pool or gym.
Buggies can be borrowed free of charge from reception. They must be returned each evening and booked in at reception. If not, a rental charge will apply. You can also hire 3-wheeler all terrain and double buggies for £5 per day.
Other free hire items
Baby bottle sterilisers, bottle warmers, buckets & spades and windbreaks can be hired free of charge. All subject to availability. Please speak to reception.
Kids’ clubs for children
Unfortunately, we no longer offer a creche or Kids’ clubs.
Our complimentary baby listening service is available each evening from 7 pm – 10 pm via the monitor in your room. Please press the red button to activate the system and check-in with reception. If you move locations, please let reception know so we can find you quickly if your child needs you. Parents are not allowed to leave the premises.
All rooms will be thoroughly cleaned and fogged with disinfect before your stay.
Please find the restaurant menus online. If you require a printed version, please speak to reception.
- Our Ocean Breeze Spa is open Wednesdays to Sundays and will operate with a reduced treament list.
- Bookings can now be made at reception and a are subject to availability.
- Treatment bookings must be a minimum of 40-minutes in total.
- Treatments must be paid for in full upon booking to avoid traffic in the reception area.
- You must arrive 5 minutes before for your spa treatment. Unfortunately, our relaxation room is closed due to social distancing so we require you to exit the spa once your treatment has ended.
- We are unable to serve any refreshments, so please bring your own.
- We kindly ask you to wear a facial covering when visiting the spa. We have facial coverings available if you do not have your own.
- You will be contacted 24 hours before your treatment to complete a mandatory Covid-19 Screening Form.
- Rooms are deeply sanitised after each client in line with government guidelines.
DVDs can be hired from reception for a £5 deposit. See our DVD list here. Once you picked a movie, please call reception to see if it's currently available.
Safe keys are available from reception. A deposit of £25 will be added to your account and deducted when the key is returned.
Every room in the hotel has a fire detector; please do not smoke indoors. The fire alarm is tested weekly.
Signs around the hotel will notify you of the time. If you hear a continual siren any other time, please leave the building immediately via the nearest exit and wait at the Tarmac area outside the gym until you are told by our staff that it is safe to return. Please read the Fire Action notice on your bedroom door.
The hotel has several staff qualified in emergency first aid. Please speak to reception if you need help.
A great choice of everyday items including baby (swim) nappies, sun cream, painkillers and a range of toiletries can be purchased at reception. Just ask a member of staff or look at the shop list on the info board opposite the pool.
